Return Policy:
Products once purchased are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Shipping Time:
For deliveries within Pakistan, our standard shipping time is 7 working days. International orders typically arrive within 15 working days.
Typographical Errors:
We strive for absolute accuracy in our information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Yeśil Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel those orders, regardless of whether the order was confirmed or your card was charged. If your card has been charged, we will immediately issue a credit to your account for the full amount.
Duties & Taxes:
Quoted prices do not include import duties or local taxes for international deliveries. Customers are responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and administration charges upon receipt.
Payment Confirmation:
Orders placed via Credit/Debit card will be shipped only after bank confirmation. This process may take between 14 to 16 working days.
