Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
Yeśil Studio follows a strict protocol for returns and exchanges to ensure the integrity of our curated collections.
We facilitate exchanges for online purchases only under specific conditions to maintain our quality standards.
Damaged Parcels:
Please do not accept your order if the parcel appears damaged or the security seal has been tampered with.
Exchange Window:
Articles may be exchanged once within 14 days of the order date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all price labels and invoices attached.
Care Instructions:
We cannot accept exchanges for items where the provided care instructions were not followed.
Category Restrictions:
Replacement is only possible within the same product category and is subject to stock availability.
Refund Alternatives:
We do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases, a digital coupon of the same value may be issued, valid for 7 days on our E-Store only.
Quality Control:
All returns are inspected at our warehouse. If our team finds an item has been used, washed, or mishandled, the exchange will be declined.
Final Sale:
Accessories and discounted (Sale) items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Section 2: Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed in exceptional circumstances and are currently unavailable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Process:
Approved refunds will be credited to your original Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If it does not appear within this timeframe, please contact your bank as processing times may vary.
Section 3: Shipping
Nationwide Shipping:
A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to all shipments within Pakistan.
Return Shipping:
For exchanges, customers must courier the item to: Yeśil Studio, H 5, St 18, Mehar Flaz Colony, Near Mehar Palace, Lahore. Please clearly mark your Order Number on the parcel.
Shipping Costs:
Yeśil Studio will cover all shipping costs if the original order was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. In all other exchange cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
While we track every shipment until delivery, we cannot guarantee third-party courier performance.
